HOW TO REGISTER?
 
REGISTRATION FORM TO PARTICIPATE AT THE AMERICAS CONFERENCE OF MAYORS AND CITY COUNCILORS SUMMIT 2018

Instructions:

 

1. The Inaugural Americas Conference of Mayors has been meticulously designed to suit two main programs: 1) The Mayor's Summit 2017; and 2) The Americas Conference of Mayors Track for Scholars and Professionals. All attendees may attend both main programs. However, The Mayor's Summit 2017 has two exclusive meetings for Mayors: The sessions of Mayor's Committees and Task Forces Sessions.

 

2. To register for the Mayor's Summit 2017 you must be a Mayor,  Mayor's staff, City Manager, Municipality Councilor, local Government Official and other government officials. However, just the Mayors can have positions as chairs, vice-chairs, or as members of the board of Task Forces and Committees.

 

3. To register for the Mayor's Summit 2017, you must complete the "Registration Form" (below). With the "Registration Form," Mayors may select up to three committees and task forces that Mayors would like to participate as chairs,  vice-chairs, or as members of the board of the Task Forces and/or Committees in order to represent their municipality or city.

 

4. At the Mayor's Summit 2017 may participate the Mayors' staff on behalf of the Mayors. Hence, City Managers, Municipality Councilors, local Government Officials and others government officials may participate as observers. All of them will have access to all the activities at the Mayor's Summit 2017, and also they will have access to the Inaugural Americas Conference of Mayors Track for Scholars and Professionals. 

 

5. After your "Registration Form" is accepted, an account activation link will be sent to your email address with your credentials to pay your fees for the Mayor's Summit 2017 and the Americas Conference of Mayors Track for Scholars and Professionals. You also can pay here.

 

6. Once that you did your payment fee, please "Subscribe to Get News" on all upcoming Mayor's Summit 2017 events below. So, you never will miss an update. If you have any questions or comments remember that you can ask always by email to Laura Bassein to mailbox@mayors-conference.org

 

 

7. All the attendees at the Mayor's Summit 2017 may also participate as panelists at the Conference Track for Scholars and Professionals, but you have to register also in the tab "Registration Form for Scholars."
